Arnie Levine originally from New York City and Lisa Levine originally from Seattle, Washington, are a husband and wife team that own County Foreclosures and Properties, USA Inc. aka County Properties.
Arnie used to be a field engineer for the medical industry before becoming a Broker and CEO. He has 25 years experience in Real Estate in southern California. Selling & Listing single family homes, condos and investment properties. He has a college background in math and sciences. His passion is playing the guitar.
Lisa is a Realtor and Vice President for the company. Prior to real estate her background was in the medical and technical field. Her passion is the playing bass guitar and the outdoors.
We offer real customer service, which means we communicate immediately in this challenging market. We return calls to our clients and to real estate agents when they call on our sellers listings. The start of my company was inspired by having a team where the Broker does the marketing for the agents , therefore allowing the agents to concentrate on customer service. I now run my company with my wife, Lisa, with our team in place.
